Mudgee Beer School
Join Dave Henderson, Head Brewer of Hop & Clover Brewing, as he takes you through the basics of all grain Brewing-in-a-Bag (BIAB), malt, hops, grain and the love of the amber ale. Included is a beer inspired menu for lunch along with samples of Hop & Clover Brewing beers and other smaller brewers not found in your local bottleo. You will take home your own beer baby to ferment and bottle at home.
