This is a floral gin for botanicals of wild chamomile, elderflower and tea. Best served with Fevertree Elderflower tonic or Mediterranean tonic with your preferred citrus.

Kinnagoe Bay is a secret beach based in Donegal, Ireland. It is accessed down a windy cliff road, past wild chamomile & elderflower. Our Sailor sat on the beach, sipping hot tea and watched the Navy ships pass. He enlisted shortly afterwards.

Our range of spirits are inspired by a sailor who served in the British & Australian Navies. Each of his stories fondly remembering the many drinking establishments he found himself in around the world.

Sailor & Clover Distilling create Australian spirits inspired for every sailor that had to find home whilst being so far away.
